QRdano will host an interactive storyline that will explore new methods for community engagement with a progressive narrative. This exploration will primarily take place through our website and will focus on using code-breaking and problem-solving strategies to progress the story.
Interaction and progression of the storyline will occur before the mint of our main NFT collection (henceforth referred to as the Storyline NFTs). This will be open to every member of our community during this pre-mint period and will earn XP.
Following the mint, only those who own one or more of the Storyline NFTs will be able to participate in the interactive parts of the story, and will be eligible for most of the incentives from our community wallet.
The overall artistic design, metadata, and symbolism of the Storyline NFT collection not only has meaning, but will directly impact on the owners’ abilities to interact with the story. Each Storyline NFT will contain its own QR code that will link to a website within our ecosystem that is unique to that specific NFT. Owners of these NFTs will gain special token-gated access to owner-exclusive areas and features of these websites and will use them to interact with the storyline.
Following the Storyline NFT mint, there will be four “factions” within the story, resulting in four different storylines running simultaneously. The only way you can interact with each storyline is to own NFTs from its respective faction. This will not only allow for a deeper engagement with the overall narrative, but will also enable extra XP to be accumulated across the different factions. More information about the different factions will be announced at the appropriate stage of the story's progression.
The NFTs themselves will not be characters in this story – rather, the owners of the NFTs will act as the characters. We have a range of other unique methods of delivering and interacting with the story (that have yet to be revealed at the time of writing this paper).
Participants can engage with the storyline here.
