5.4. Intellectual Property Rights

Owners of the NFTs stipulated in Sections , , and retain full intellectual property (IP) rights of any original artwork in NFTs they own (as long as ownership of the NFT(s) are maintained). Using and sharing images of the QR codes in the context of these NFTs is permissible. However, the websites or other destinations to which the QR codes link will remain the property of QRdano, or the property of the original source.

The IP rights of all technologies and patents related to the QR code creation and generation remain the property of Epic-QR.

Unless otherwise stated, IP rights for future NFTs stipulated in section will not be granted to NFT owners (unless explicitly stated).

NFTs that QRdano or Epic QR produce may contain parts that are copyrighted to external parties. In these cases, IP rights of those parts of the NFT images do not transfer to the owner of the NFT.
