6.1. Distribution from Community Wallet

Only a percentage of the community wallet will be distributed at any given time. This is to ensure ongoing funds that can be allocated for each distribution cycle, as opposed to emptying the wallet each cycle.

The frequency of distribution will be determined by the amount of funding in the community wallet, as well as progress made within the storyline. QRdano aims to provide one distribution cycle every 12 weeks. The first distribution will aim to be within four weeks following the beginning of the Storyline NFT mint.

The amount of ADA allocated to each distribution cycle will depend on the total number of Storyline NFTs minted at the time of distribution. As such, this section refers to distribution percentages as opposed to ADA figures, allowing consistency for all circumstances.

For each distribution cycle, a minimum of 10% of the community wallet will be distributed across all pools.

Each distribution cycle, the following pools and percentages of the distribution amount will apply:

• 60% – Storyline NFT Ownership.

• 10% – “Pieces of the Puzzle” Utility NFT.

• 20% – “See the Unseen” Utility NFT.

• 10% – XP Ranking.

It is a requirement for eligible NFTs to be in the owner’s wallet at the time of snapshot for incentive distribution. If the NFT is in a smart contract at the time of the snapshot (e.g. listed for sale on a marketplace), it will be ineligible for the distribution and funds will return to the community wallet.
