6.2. Example of Incentive Distribution
To help clarify the different facets of this distribution system, here is a hypothetical example (in this example, it is assumed that all 2584 Storyline NFTs have sold):
Lily owns five Storyline NFTs, one “See the Unseen” NFT, and one “Pieces of the Puzzle” NFT. She has an XP ranking level of 13.
It is announced that a distribution cycle will total 13,000 ADA.
Storyline NFTs (60% of 13,000 ADA, divided between 6 tiers = 1,300 ADA per tier)
For her five Storyline NFTs, Lily was allocated (through the random probability scale) two Tier 6, one Tier 5, one Tier 3, and one Tier 1 incentives
78 ADA
XP Ranking (10% of 13,000 ADA, divided across 4 XP ranking brackets = 325 ADA)
There are 20 other community members in Lily’s XP ranking level. Hence, the distribution for this tier will be divided between the 20 members equally
16 ADA
See the Unseen NFT (20% of 13,000 ADA = 2,600 ADA; split equally amongst 144 NFTs)
18 ADA
Pieces of the Puzzle NFT (10% of 13,000 ADA = 1,300 ADA; split equally amongst 9 NFTs)
144 ADA
This means that in this one distribution cycle, Lily will receive 256 ADA.
